Faculty of Graduate Studies

The Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) oversees the functioning of all graduate programs at York Universities.  The programs are run by the so-called “resource faculties” who develop and run the programs.  FGS’s major role vis-a-vis Schulich is to govern the development and changes of graduate programs as a layer between Schulich’s Faculty Council and York University’s Senate.
