    Course-related bookings have been broken down into multiple types: course related breakout session, make-up class or make-up exam, permanent classroom change and course-related other. If you are requesting a room due to rescheduling a class, please also note the policy on class rescheduling.

  • The usual expectation is that a class is held in the assigned classroom.  If your course calls for a field trip or a class to be held off campus, please notify your area / specialization as to your plans and contact Susan Kimberley so the appropriate permissions, emergency information and waiver forms can be obtained.  Please note that it will take time to get everything organized, including the signatures of participating students on the applicable forms.

    It is not permissible to hold classes/events off campus without the knowledge of the school.  Please note that you are assuming personal risk if you choose to do so anyway.
